I can't upload pictures from Photobucket.

What am I doing wrong? I am copying the blog link in photobucket and pasting it into the URL space in the upload pictures button. It won't come up. I must be missing something. And until I figure it out you won't be able to see the picture. So if I'm missing a step please let me know!
